2. Enquiry form
The data entered in the form (name/company, phone number, e-mail address, event date and venue, rental period, requirements, message) is processed solely to prepare an offer and to contact you. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Retention: one year after the offer expires; in case of a contract, for the duration of the contractual relationship and the subsequent limitation period.
When the form is submitted we also record technical data (IP address, time of submission, traffic source / UTM parameters) to prevent abuse and to measure advertising performance. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Cookies and measurement
This site uses Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of advertising and to show targeted ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta Pixel may place cookies in your browser. Information on processing by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. is available in Meta's privacy policy. Measurement cookies can be blocked in your browser settings; ad personalisation can be switched off in your Facebook ad settings.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, in the course of which Google LLC may learn your IP address.
4. Transfers and processors
Form data is stored on the hosting provider's server and in the controller's Microsoft 365 e-mail system. Processors: the hosting provider, Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. for the measurement described in section 3.
5. Your rights
- request information about the processing of your personal data,
- request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw your consent at any time,
- lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., naih.hu) or bring the matter before a court.
